About Sanskriti Mohta

Sanskriti Mohta is a creative and versatile art law solicitor in London who specialises in both transactional and contentious matters. She also advises on matters surrounding litigation, dispute resolution and IP. Sanskriti previously worked in corporate and finance law, advising on complex multi-jurisdictional M&A and financial transactions. She went on to complete a History of Art MA at The Courtauld Institute of Art, and has been practising art law since. She has worked with a wide range of clients including artists, collectors, dealers, galleries, governments and museums.
