Alexandra Fox is a senior associate at Carey Olsen, where she advises on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and commercial law – specialising in corporate finance and restructuring. Alexandra has also assisted with various fintech and insurtech matters, including advising on the licensing and ongoing regulatory requirements of digital asset companies and insurance intermediaries.
