About Qian Xiaoqiang

Qian Xiaoqiang is the head of Haiwen’s antitrust team. He focuses on antitrust, competition law and IP dispute resolution practice areas and has expertise in high-profile and complex cases. Mr Qian worked for MOFCOM for ten years and served as deputy director of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau. He also participated in the drafting of several supplementary laws and regulations relating to the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law. Earlier, he served for the Consulate General of the PRC in New York.
