About Qian Xiaoqiang

Qian Xiaoqiang is the head of Haiwen’s antitrust team. He focuses on the antitrust, competition law and IP dispute resolution practice areas and has expertise in high-profile and complex cases. Mr Qian worked for MOFCOM for ten years and served as deputy director of the Anti-Monopoly Bureau. He also participated in the drafting of several supplementary laws and regulations relating to the PRC Anti-Monopoly Law. Previously, he served the Consulate General of the PRC in New York. He was highly recommended by Chambers and is an expert member in both Beijing and Dalian “Antitrust Expert Pool”.
