About Tang Danni

Tang Danni is a senior counsel at Haiwen. She joined Haiwen in 2014 and focuses her practice on media and entertainment matters, such as financing, development and production of film and television projects, financing and licensing in connection with location-based entertainment, and M&A transactions in the entertainment sector. Danni also advises on regulatory matters related to the daily operation of the PRC subsidiaries of Hollywood studios and those relating to foreign direct investment in the entertainment industry. Danni is admitted to practice in the PRC and the State of New York, USA.
