About Tang Danni

Tang Danni is a partner in the Beijing office of Haiwen & Partners. Her legal practice focuses on entertainment and media law, with a specialisation in Sino-foreign co-productions, establishment of production and financing vehicles, rights acquisition, large theme park projects and talent management. Ms Tang’s experience in M&A deals, combined with her deep involvement in entertainment transactions and understanding of the entertainment market practice, has enabled her to serve top international and domestic media companies in major copyright-driven M&A deals.
