About Yang Yikai

Yang Yikai is a counsel in Haiwen’s antitrust team. She has provided merger control notification services to well-known enterprises in domestic and cross-border deals with great significance to obtain unconditional approval. She has been deeply and extensively involved in antitrust investigation cases against various magnate multinational companies and has represented well-known domestic and international leading enterprises in several cases that intersect antitrust and SEP. Ms Yang has also provided comprehensive anti-monopoly compliance legal services to many well-known clients.
