About Bob Tseng

Bob Tseng is the managing partner of TWL Law Group. He is qualified in New York, China and Taiwan. He is also a Non-resident Researcher with Fairbank Center, Harvard University, a Visiting Scholar at the Chinese Studies Center, Chulalongkorn University, and a member of Board of Referees, KIIT Student Law Review, KIIT University (Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India). Mr Tseng combines and draws from his international practice experience to offer legal services and counsel in joint venture, investments, mergers and acquisitions, banking, infrastructure and construction, among others. He also advised on several cross-border transactions, joint ventures, M&A, custom duty and tax, and governmental negotiation in India.
