About Niharika Sinha

Niharika Sinha is a senior associate at the India Desk of TWL Law Group. She is specialised in intellectual property and corporate, holding over a decade of experience in the industry. Previoulsy, Niharika worked for an IP law firm where she handled copyright and trade mark prosecution for clients in India and abroad. At TWL Law Group, Niharika’s practice includes in the areas of general corporate and intellectual property. She has extensive experience of working with cross-border teams in the areas of large scales of FDI projects into India, both via governmental and automatic routes, M&A, joint ventures, land acquisition, incorporation, foreign exchange matters and negotiating different type of cross border deals.
