is a partner who has outstanding deal management and broad expertise in M&A transactions as a corporate lawyer. He has been adviser to the board of directors of the broadcast television holding company Medcom Holding, and its cable TV multiple-system operator and full-service telecommunications provider Cable Onda. Mr Aparicio was also director of Grupo Corporativo Pérez, at the time the largest automobile-related Panamanian economic group. He currently serves as director of Itaú (Panamá). Mr Aparicio obtained his LLM degree from the University of Houston and is admitted to practice in Panama and New York, having worked for Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York from 2006-07.
