About Roy C Durling

Roy C Durling is a partner at Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega, which he joined in 1991, after working for four years with a major law firm in New York City. He heads the Mining, Oil and Gas Group. He has represented several mining companies in their operations in Panama. Roy obtained his JD from Cornell University and his BA from Georgetown University.
