Roy C. Durling
joined the firm in 1991 after having worked for four years with a major law firm in New York City. He is a partner and a member of the Executive Committee. He also heads the Business & Corporate and Aviation Law Groups, and is a member of the Mining, Oil and Gas Group. He has represented several mining companies in their operations in Panama, and was actively involved in the negotiations with the government of Panama relating to the Cobre Panama mining concession. Roy obtained his JD from Cornell University and his BA from Georgetown University.
