About Sam Kelly

Sam Kelly is a partner in Stanbrook Prudhoe’s corporate-commercial team in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Prior to joining Stanbrook Prudhoe, Sam was a partner at Steptoe International (UK) LLP. Sam leads legal teams representing several of the Islands’ largest developers and banks and advises on projects across the wider Caribbean. His expertise is used on commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, hotel-branded developments (for both operators and developers), and he regularly acts as co-counsel on cross-border transactions. Sam is a member of the TCI Bar Council, the Law Society of England and Wales, and Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
