About Tim Prudhoe

Tim Prudhoe co-founded Stanbrook Prudhoe and heads the litigation offering. In practice for more than three decades and admitted to practice across most of the English-speaking Caribbean region, he is also a licensed insolvency practitioner active at both trial court and appeal levels (ranked in Tier 1 by Chambers & Partners). Tim’s wide-ranging practice focuses on court work. He handles public and constitutional challenges, complex civil and commercial litigation, judgment enforcement and contentious insolvency. He has sat on the Company Law Advisory Committee (a statutory body) since its inception in 2018, and was responsible for amendments to the legislation by which court applications could be made for release of information and documentation.
