Elaine is a 2007 graduate of the University of Reading, was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the high court of Malaya in 2010, and is a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam. Her expertise includes advising on foreign direct investment in a range of conditional sectors, notably healthcare, education, fintech and real estate, and acting for a range of clients in M&A by private equity, etc. Since conditional sectors are grey in interpreting the laws, Elaine helps clients consider effective structuring from the outset. Elaine is fluent in English, Malay and Cantonese.
