About Giovanni Bellissimo

Giovanni Bellissimo is a counsel at Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale and a member of the Milan Bar Association. He graduated with honours in law from the University of Milano–Bicocca and earned a Master’s Degree in corporate and business criminal law from the University of Bologna in 2022. His practice focuses on criminal law, with a particular emphasis on white-collar crime. His main areas of expertise include tax offences, financial markets offences, HSE criminal law, and corporate criminal liability. As part of the Pistochini Avvocati legal team, he advises companies in the financial, pharmaceutical, energy, food, manufacturing, and IT sectors.
