About Francesca Lazzeri

Francesca Lazzeri has been a partner at Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale since 2020. She is a Supreme Court attorney with expertise in corporate criminal law, focusing on health and safety, environmental law, bankruptcy and crimes against the Public Administration. She has extensive experience in corporate liability under Legislative Decree No 231/2001, also representing legal entities in criminal proceedings. In addition, she serves as chairperson and member of the Supervisory Bodies of several leading Italian companies. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2006.
