About Luca Moglia

Luca Moglia is a counsel at Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale and a member of the Milan Bar Association. Graduating with honours in law from the University of Trento, he attended a postgraduate specialisation course at the Cattolica University of Milan in 2018. He focuses his practice on criminal law and, most notably, on white-collar crimes. His principal areas of interest include HSE criminal law, corporate crimes and corporate criminal liability. As a member of Pistochini Avvocati’s legal team, he assists companies in the pharmaceutical, energy, mechanical engineering and IT sectors.
