About Leonardo Toledo da Silva

Leonardo Toledo da Silva is specialised in infrastructure and construction law. With experience in projects, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, he excels as a lawyer and arbitrator. His expertise is notable in project development, where he is regarded as a top-tier lawyer in designing and negotiating complex construction contracts. Furthermore, he holds a Master’s and PhD in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo and serves as a professor of Construction Law in the Master’s programme at FGV Direito-SP. Leonardo was a Visiting Scholar at King’s College London and served as president of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law.
