About Kathryn Manning

Kathryn Manning is a founding partner at DMG Advocates. She has a broad civil litigation and arbitration practice that includes acting as counsel and as arbitrator in complex commercial disputes. Her experience includes shareholder disputes, officer and director liability, product liability litigation, complex contract disputes, civil fraud proceedings, tort litigation, employment litigation, professional negligence, and class actions. Kathryn regularly acts in cross-border matters, including assisting foreign clients with the enforcement of judgments in Canada. She also holds a Q.Arb designation and acts as an arbitrator and mediator of commercial disputes. Kathryn is the Immediate Past President of the Ontario Bar Association.
