About Max Libman

Max Libman is an associate at DMG Advocates, practising commercial and public litigation. While maintaining a general litigation practice, Max also maintains a judgment enforcement practice, including enforcing judgments in Ontario and across Canada. His litigation experience focuses primarily on real estate, commercial leasing and condominium disputes, shareholder disputes and corporate director/officer liability claims. Max is a co-author of a chapter dealing with the enforcement of judgments in the Civil Procedure and Practice in Ontario text published by CanLii.
