About Andrea Lazzaretti

Andrea Lazzaretti is a partner at RASS, and his main areas of practice are judicial litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution, corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, insurance and reinsurance, IP and IT law, entertainment and the arts, merchandising, product liability, gambling, and gaming. Andrea is a Doctor of Jurisprudence, a member of the Italian Bar Association, an honorary member of the Center for International Legal Studies, a member of the World Jurist Association, the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (AIPPI), the Licensing Executives Society (Italy), and the International Bar Association. He speaks Italian, English, and Spanish.
