About Helga Rudas

Helga Rudas graduated with a law degree from Eötvös Loránd University in 2015 and completed her Bar exams in 2020. She has worked at EY since 2016 and specialises in labour law, corporate law and regulatory matters. Helga has advised on several organisational restructurings affecting employees and contractors, including mass redundancy procedures, and has gained expertise on advising clients on legal issues concerning mobility of employees, as well as providing labour and regulatory law support in M&A transactions. She has also gathered considerable experience in labour lawsuits regarding wrongful termination of employment relationships.
