About Christophe Ingrain

Christophe Ingrain is a partner at Darrois Villey Maillot & Brochier. His practice focuses on white-collar crime litigation. He is involved in numerous cases of tax fraud, money laundering, misuse of corporate assets, corruption and criminal labor law. Christophe has also developed recognised expertise in internal investigations, negotiated criminal justice proceedings with the French prosecution authorities and compliance. A former magistrate, he has served as an investigating judge. While he worked at the Department of Justice, he specialised in international criminal co-operation. Adviser to the President of the French Republic from 2007 to 2010, he gained broad expertise in the French Public Administration and its functioning.
