About Jae Hyong Woo

Jae Hyong Woo is a partner in the international dispute resolution team at Yulchon, specialising in international arbitration and cross-border litigation. With extensive experience, he has successfully handled numerous international commercial arbitration cases under major arbitral institutions’ rules, achieving favourable outcomes. Mr Woo also has expertise in treaty arbitration cases. Mr Woo advises clients on various issues relating to international construction projects, the pharmaceuticals and medical industries, and economic sanctions. Prior to joining Yulchon, he worked at the Korean Ministry of Justice, where he focused on trade agreement, investment treaties and the legal service market. Mr Woo holds an LLM degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was seconded to the London office of Pinsent Masons, where he focused on both contentious and non-contentious matters of international construction projects.
