About Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko

Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko is the senior partner and co-founder of Africa Legal Associates, with over three decades of experience across Europe, Africa and South America. A solicitor, barrister and notary trained in the UK and Ghana, he brings extensive experience in international trade, investment and political risk advisory. He is Co-Chair of the Commonwealth Legal Network, Chairman of the Ghana hub of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council, and the Founder and Executive Chairman of Africa Prosperity Network. As a leading voice on Africa’s single market agenda, he continues to shape policy and trade integration across the continent.
