About Osei Tutu Bonsu

Osei Tutu Bonsu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Ghana and was called to the Bar in Ghana. Prior to his legal education, Osei obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Settlement Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a Certified Data Protection Supervisor by the Data Commission of Ghana. Osei has advised on natural resource, energy and infrastructural projects such as the drafting of recent legislations on metallic minerals in the mining industry, providing Ghanaian counsel on the financing of a USD100 million liquefied natural gas project, setting up the largest logistics provider for a ride hailing company in Ghana and the acquisition of a major mine in Ghana, among other seminal transactions. Osei has advised on immovable property matters, setting up an insurance company, and compliance and regulatory matters.
