originally trained as a barrister in England & Wales, and has both English and Ghanaian qualifications. His practice primarily covers non-contentious work, including commercial chancery, corporate finance, joint ventures, corporate acquisitions and buy-outs and, more recently, power and upstream oil and gas. He has also acted in some complex corporate disputes, and advises both international law firms and foreign investors on Ghanaian law issues. Nii is an alumnus of the Stanford Business School’s SEED Programme, aimed at partnering with entrepreneurs in emerging markets to scale up their business and build thriving enterprises that transform lives.
