holds a research doctorate in comparative criminal law. His professional career started in 1997 and in 2003 he co-founded Crippa Pistochini, where he is currently founding partner. Alessandro assists Italian and foreign clients with issues related to corporate criminal liability and he has advised in many well-known white-collar crime cases. He has written extensive scientific papers for legal journals and is a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association of Milan and the International Bar Association.
