Guido Stampanoni Bassi
has experience in crimes against the public administration, liability pursuant to Legislative Decree No 231/2001, bankruptcy crimes, corporate offences, tax crimes and extradition proceedings. He is a member of Milan Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA). He is also a member of the Constitutional Court monitoring centre set up by the Italian Criminal Lawyers’ Association. He founded, and currently edits, the legal journal Giurisprudenza Penale.
