About Luca Moglia

Luca Moglia is a counsel of the firm and a member of the Milan Bar Association. He graduated with honours in law from the University of Trento and attended a postgraduate specialisation course at Cattolica University of Milan in 2018. He focuses his practice on criminal law and most notably on white-collar crimes. His principal areas of interest include HSE criminal law, corporate crimes and corporate criminal liability. As a member of the Pistochini Avvocati legal team, he assists companies in the pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, transport and IT sectors, both in criminal proceedings and on compliance matters under Legislative Decree No 231/2001.
