Luca Moglia is a counsel of Pistochini Avvocati Studio Legale. He focuses his practice on criminal law, and most notably on white-collar crimes. His principal areas of interest include anti-corruption and bribery law, HSE criminal law and corporate criminal liability. As a member of Pistochini Avvocati legal team, Luca assists companies in the pharmaceutical, energy and IT sectors. He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
