About Caroline Ferrarez

Caroline Ferrarez is an associate in the environmental practice at Mello Torres. She provides legal and strategic support in a broad range of environmental, regulatory and sustainability matters, including licensing, protected areas, contaminated areas, biodiversity and water resources. Her practice also encompasses issues related to sustainable development, circular economy and climate change. Caroline has extensive experience conducting environmental due diligence in M&A, capital markets and real estate transactions, as well as handling complex administrative and judicial proceedings. She holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and postgraduate degrees in Environmental Law (FGV-SP), Corporate Environmental Law (Mackenzie-SP) and Environmental Management (ESALQ/USP).
