Clara Souza is an associate in the Mining, Regulatory, Environmental and ESG practices at Mello Torres. She advises leading domestic and international clients in the mining and natural resources industries on complex regulatory matters, corporate transactions and due diligence processes, and in high-profile administrative and judicial proceedings related to mining, environmental and licensing issues. Clara previously worked at Vale S.A., one of the world’s largest mining companies, where she was also involved in matters related to key social and corporate issues.
