About Vinícius Alvarez

Vinícius Alvarez is recognised for advising Brazilian and foreign companies on M&A, corporate law matters as well as domestic and cross border debt issuance. In addition, Roberto has acquired solid experience with Private Equity and Venture Capital. Before joining Mello Torres, he worked at Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados and Veirano Advogados. He earned his bachelor’s degree (LLB equivalent) from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2011), holds a LL.M degree in Corporate Law from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (2015) and a Master of Corporate Law (M.C.L) Degree from the University of Cambridge/UK (2020).
