About Ana Kochiashvili

Ana Kochiashvili focuses her practice at MG Law on general corporate and commercial law matters. She is involved in researching and analysing domestic laws and regulations, negotiating clearance for acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures, conducting due diligence and drafting legal documents. Ana further advises clients in litigation and international arbitration. She has experience in issuing legal opinions and various legal memoranda on the Georgian regulatory framework and within the context of local and international capital markets transactions.
