About Luke Bowers

Luke Bowers is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 14 years’ experience. Advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, Luke specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and capital raisings. He also has particular expertise in New Zealand’s overseas investment regime. Luke started his career with global law firm White & Case, in its London and Johannesburg offices. Prior to joining Tompkins Wake in 2021, he spent almost seven years with Chapman Tripp in Auckland.
