About Robert Bycroft

Robert Bycroft is an experienced commercial lawyer with specialised skills in pharmaceuticals, health, intellectual property and technology, and is a special counsel with Tompkins Wake. Robert has over 40 years’ experience and advises clients on large projects and corporate and commercial transactions in New Zealand and internationally. Robert has advised pharmaceutical companies on all areas of their New Zealand business activities, including establishing business and agency arrangements, assisting with the registration of new medicines, negotiating and drafting clinical trial agreements and indemnities with hospitals, and clinical trial consultancy and supervision arrangements. Robert has also managed the New Zealand law aspects of global pharmaceutical mergers and joint ventures.
