About Faris Al Amoudi

Faris Al Amoudi is a partner who heads banking and Islamic finance at STAT Law Firm. Faris acted for SAMA and KSA banks on drafting the SAMA Netting Regulation and IBOR Sharia structuring solutions. Faris also advised the CMA on its recently published Netting Regulation. Faris advised government funds on drafting and structuring their complex Islamic finance products with banks to enable significant liquidity to support the KSA Vision 2030. Faris is qualified in KSA and England & Wales and advises on complex conventional and Islamic bank financings, treasury products, Islamic derivatives, and public and private sukuk issuances.
