About Ayşe Müge Aktay

Ayşe Müge Aktay is a qualified trade mark attorney and senior associate of Aktay Law Firm who represents clients in national and international trade mark registration, opposition and enforcement proceedings before TÜRKPATENT, USPTO, UK IPO and WIPO. She has extensive experience managing ownership changes, trade mark acquisitions and complex IP portfolios. Ayşe Müge also advises on commercial, IT, e-commerce and intellectual property litigation, including design, trade mark and patent disputes. She is currently working at WIPO’s IP Commercialization Section, IP for Innovators Department, focusing on the commercialisation and financing of trade marks and patents, further enhancing her international IP expertise.
