Faruk Aktay is a managing partner at Aktay Law Firm and is qualified to practice in İstanbul, London and New York. During his career, he has provided legal advice to domestic and international companies operating in a wide range of sectors and has been involved in domestic and cross-border M&As, project finance and capital markets transactions. His in-depth understanding of different legal regimes enables him to bring unparalleled insight and a novel perspective on complicated legal matters, especially in banking, finance and other regulated industries.
