About Greg Strong

Greg Strong provides regulatory advice regarding securities, commodities and other laws and regulations that may apply to activities involving blockchain technology and digital assets. He has successfully represented multiple clients before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, and state securities regulators. In addition, he has worked on a variety of cutting-edge complex transactions involving crypto-assets. Prior to joining DLx Law, Greg was a Deputy Attorney General in the Delaware Department of Justice from 2003 to 2018. During that time, he served as the Director of Investor Protection for three years as well as the Director of Consumer Protection for three years. He successfully represented the State of Delaware in many complex civil matters, alleging violations of Delaware investor and consumer protection statutes, with a particular focus on financial services matters in the wake of the financial crisis.
