About Freeman Lewin

Freeman Lewin advises clients on all matters related to blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenisation. Prior to joining DLx Law, Freeman was a Corporate Associate specialising in M&A and Technology Transactions at a mid-sized firm, served as in-house counsel for a large real estate investment and development company, and worked as a research and policy consultant for an industry leading enterprise blockchain company. Freeman received his BA in Religion from Concordia University in Montreal, and his JD from Yeshiva University Cardozo School of Law in New York where he was a member of the influential Cardozo Blockchain Project and counselled blockchain companies on novel legal issues at the Cardozo Tech Start-Up Clinic.
