About Gabriella Opromolla

Gabriella Opromolla is a partner and heads the corporate governance team at Eptalex – Garzia Gasperi Iannaccone & Partners. She advises Italian and foreign clients across the industrial, banking and financial sectors, providing legal opinions and drafting contracts in corporate, commercial, banking, capital markets, international private and energy law, including complex cross-border transactions. Gabriella has authored publications on financial markets and corporate law, and has served as an independent board member in various companies. She is a member of the Emerald Literary Network, the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) and the Bar Association of Milan.
