About Irene Kashindi

Irene Kashindi is a partner with a wealth of experience and expertise in employment matters, having advised and represented local and international clients on a wide spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment and labour relations mandates, including advice on termination and dismissals, restructuring and redundancy, transfer of employment, managing employee exits, post-termination restrictions, secondment, outsourcing, recognition of employee unions, reviewing and drafting collective bargaining agreements, and policy and contract drafting and review. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and holds a Master’s degree in financial services law from the University of Nairobi.
