About Brenda Yik

Brenda Yik is a corporate and commercial lawyer and a senior associate at KGP Legal LLC. She graduated from the National University of Singapore School of Law in 2017 and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. Her work covers the full spectrum of general corporate and commercial law matters, from mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactions for international and multi-national companies, including securities and other regulatory and compliance matters as well as the drafting of all kinds of commercial contracts, licensing and distribution arrangements and employment law matters.
