Luis A. Esparza is a lawyer from Universidad de las Americas, with over 25 years of experience in matters related to environmental law. He mainly specialises in waters law, environmental impact, waste management, forestry, climate change and environmental responsibility. Luis is also well regarded in matters associated with due diligence and compliance with the Equator Principles. His previous experience in matters associated with waters law also covered water taxation. Nowadays, he specialises in risk management, creating a methodology to help in the decision-making process.
