About Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith a special counsel at Hamilton Locke. She is passionate about regulatory engagement with AUSTRAC, ASIC, APRA and ACCC, and brings her diverse experience to the firm’s financial services regulatory and fintech clients. Her practice runs the gamut of privacy, cyber security, anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-bribery/financial crimes as well as financial services and credit regulatory advice. Jessica brings expertise to due diligence, risk management, corporate governance matters, including breach management, regulatory reform, external dispute resolution complaints and regulator enforcement. Jessica is a fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
