About Gregoris Philippou

Gregoris Philippou is the managing partner of Polycarpos Philippou & Associates LLC. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, including financing transactions, secured lending and cross-border structures involving Cyprus entities. His experience includes loan agreements, security documentation and corporate structuring in domestic and international transactions. Gregoris holds an LLB from the University of Leicester and an LLM in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge. He completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP Law School and has been admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013. He is an Accredited ADRg mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
