About Sergios Charalambous

Sergios Charalambous is a partner at Polycarpos Philippou & Associates LLC. He advises on corporate and tax matters, with experience in banking and finance transactions involving Cyprus entities. His work includes loan agreements, share pledges and security documentation in domestic and cross-border financings, as well as corporate structuring and regulatory issues arising in financing transactions. Sergios holds an LLB from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and two LLM degrees in Financial Regulation and Public Law. He is admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and the Athens Bar Association.
