Panagiota Tsovili is an associate at Polycarpos Philippou & Associates LLC, where she advises on corporate, tax, banking and finance matters involving Cyprus entities in both domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing loan agreements, intra-group financing arrangements and security documentation, as well as carrying out regulatory and sanctions-related due diligence in complex transactional structures.
